Every year, Marketing magazine compiles and publishes an annual survey of the financial performance of the UK's out-sourced telephone contact centres. All information is officially audited and the resultant league table is recognised as the most authoritative list of major players in the industry.

AND WHO IS GROWING FASTER THAN ANYONE ELSE?

We cannot (yet!!) compete with the biggest in terms of turnover (the top 3 all bill in excess of £100M per year) but when it comes to growth, our 164% increase between 2002 and 2003 puts us in top spot. To put this into perspective, this figure should be compared to the overall average for the industry of 10% in what Marketing describes difficult trading conditions.

WHY WE HAVE BUCKED THE TREND

There are three main reasons for this. Firstly, we are the first agency to dedicate itself exclusively to the increasingly important so called "grey market", which has brought it's own virgin opportunities. Secondly, our management and staff have risen superbly to the challenge that quick growth inevitably generates. But most importantly, our older clients have recognised the value of our offering by remaining loyal to us, whilst we have continued to add more blue chip names to our already impressive list of accounts.
