Who is Senior Response Ltd?
One of the UK’s first and only Client Contact Management Service dedicated to the over-50s market. Trading since 2001, and based in Solihull West Midlands, we manage client contact communication, by phone, SMS, email, post and webchat on behalf of our clients.
Our team of enthusiastic and mature agents remains to this day, the foundation of our business. Nearly 20% of our staff have been with us for over a decade with an average tenure across the business of 6 years.
We are members of the Silver Marketing Association and are FCA authorised for regulated products and services.

MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Michael King
Managing Director
Michael King is an experienced Senior Contact Centre Professional with a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries. He has vast experience in Contact Centre Operations, Business Process Improvement, Sales Operations, Customer Retention, and Stakeholder Management. Michael joined Senior Response Ltd in 2018 as Managing Director, and along with Chris Aldcroft, Mike Bingham, and Paul Mason is a member of the Senior Response Board of Directors.

Mike Bingham
Non Executive Director
Mike Bingham is a marketing professional and veteran of the UK Contact Centre industry. He helped pioneer BT’s first venture into the telemarketing arena in 1986 before enjoying a 25 year career at director level with Merit Direct (now Sitel), The Connect Corporation, Rushton Connections and Connections Plus. In 2001, with Chris Aldcroft , he founded Senior Response, the world’s first outsourced contact centre operation to be dedicated to the older consumer market. Following its acquisition by IBPO in 2018, Mike remains a shareholder and non-executive Board member of Senior Response.

Paul Mason
Non Executive Director
Paul has over 25 years’ executive experience across public, private and plc sectors from strategic planning to operational execution in high growth companies; and transforming both regulated financial services companies and a major non-departmental government body. Paul founded both iResponse, a leading telemarketing business employing over 600 staff and BPO collections, the debt collection agency. Since then Paul has held senior executive roles in Saga plc, The Student Loan company and is currently CEO of Finbora, an international financial services business with operations in the UK, Canada and Mauritius.

Chris Aldcroft
Non Executive Director
Chris Aldcroft is a Chartered Accountant with many years’ experience at board level in a number of large service-oriented companies. He led the management buyout of the Country Holidays Group in 1989 which was then the largest UK based cottage rental agency. He was co- owner of Rushton Connections and went on, with Mike Bingham, to establish Senior Response which was the world’s first contact centre dedicated to the mature market. Following its acquisition Chris remains a Non-Executive Director and shareholder.

Jane Watton-Green
Head of Client Operations
Jane Watton- Green is our Head of Client Operations and oversees the operational and client services areas of the business. Jane has over 20 years of industry experience, 9 of which have been with Senior Response. Jane is a previous winner of the DMA Gold Award for Telemarketing She specialises in adding value to campaigns through identifying trends that improves customer experience and ROI.

Do you make cold calls?
We tend to find with our clients, that the most successful telemarketing campaigns originate with our client’s existing customer database or prospects they have acquired via different sales channels. Our team are then able to turn these warm leads into sales opportunities and capture and report on your brand advocacy.
