To mitigate these concerns, Senior Response offers a confidential, whistleblowing service for care home groups and other organisations requiring a confidential reporting hotline service.

Elderly concern enables anyone to report cases or suspicions of mistreatment. This can be done anonymously if preferred.

Elderly concern is available to family members, friends, fellow residents and staff members via a unique freephone number.
